How Bold Revolutions was born


The company was established in 2014, but conceived 10 years before. 

We asked our customers what differentiates us from others? Many said our approach was Bold, others said they had become revolutionary in managing their improvement programmes… and from that Bold Revolutions was born.
The common theme in all our work has been to take the principles of managing change – often difficult change and making it happen; quickly.

Many of our clients are repeat clients because they trust us, like our advisory style know our track record.

We have a core staff and number of subject matter experts, Clinical and Business Specialists and Associates Advisors, available to provide expert opinion, challenge and advice for all our clients needs. We have flexibility to use this network to build a complete and holistic set of solutions for our clients – more cost effective than other providers.

The costs of health have been steadily rising, the elderly population in the UK is increasing in numbers and complexity. Many change programmes create a self-sustaining industry at certain points of a programme some of that is necessary, but we do not create dependence on external support.

However, taking complexity and making it simple has become the most attractive offering to our customers. Healthcare is complex at the point of delivery but improving Healthcare need not be complex, costly and burdensome – simplicity is the key.

Much of the work we have been involved with since 2004 has involved improving services, processes, people and importantly… the costs of all that. In 2008 the banking crisis started a chain of events for public spending which is still present today.
